We need your help to ensure the success of our second AAC Worldwide Face-to-Face Conference, taking place 10th–12th October 2025 at the beautiful Golf de Barbaroux / Hotel Mercure.  Hotel Details: https://all.accor.com/hotel/8770/index.en.shtml

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Confirm Club Participation – ASAP
Please email Tim at teldata.consulting@gmail.com to confirm who from your club will attend.
We’re already past the hotel’s preferred deadline (end of May), so the sooner we respond, the better pricing we can secure.

• Yes, your club members are invited!  Please share with your club members.
• Once we have your numbers, you will be able to register individually at the special conference rate.
• Knowing the Club attendee count is essential for agenda planning.

• Have speaker recommendations
• Want to propose agenda items
