The CDC vaccination certificate from the USA, as well as the official government vaccination certificate from many other countries, can be used to secure the Swiss Covid Certificate, which is recognized equally within all the Schengen and EU countries.
Below is a link to the Swiss website where one can apply for the Swiss Covid certificate in English. There is no charge for residents and Swiss citizens. The completed form, with attached electronic copies of one’s passport, Swiss residence visa, and USA CDC vaccination card is submitted by scan. Your official Swiss Covid Certificate arrives 7 -10 days later by Email.
